We Moved!!

So I don't have any pics of our new place but I thought I would include a few of my favorites from their website!! We moved to Quail Cove in Layton! It is a super cute (big) apartment complex with lots of fun things to do!! We have a 2 bed 2 bath now :) so that means when my eyelash clients come over they don't have to see all of our bathroom clutter!! woo hoo!! I am very excited about that!

They have tennis courts, a racquetball court, a pool, a hot tub open year round, zumba classes twice a week, and an awesome workout room including... wait for it... 2 spin bikes!!!! I can't wait!! I have missed spin so so much since I cancelled my gym membership and I am so excited to use them!! OH and we are super close to the mall now... Brent is nervous about it haha!

I am super close to work now, and Brent will drive sometimes and take the front runner to Salt Lake! We will really miss the people in Brigham City, but are super excited for this next chapter!! We have been moving all weekend and are still putting stuff away, but when we get everything put out I will post some pics :)

Woo Hoo!!

Brent accepted a job offer today! We are so excited to have an idea what our future holds!! He will be working at Fidelity Investments in Salt Lake City. I am so proud of him for how hard he has had to work to get to this point! Congrats babe!!

Pretty sure I did 6 or 7 of the bridesmaids' hair just before the reception started... didn't get a chance to look in the mirror really before the family pictures so hopefully I didn't ruin them! haha ;)

Auto Show!

So this year Brent and I went to the Auto Show again down in Salt Lake. We had such a great time! We have so much fun together, and it was fun to dream about all the beautiful cars we will own someday :) It may take us till we are 54 like my mom to get her SEXY red 2011 Camero... but someday we might be so lucky!! We took lots of great pictures with Brent's new amazing camera, but here are a couple that I thought were fun because we were in them! BTW the REALLY nice cars are the ones they don't let you sit and play in... I don't know why... ;)

So this has been my life lately outside of school... I don't post much about it, but I absolutely LOVE doing eyelashes! It was so hard to get the hang of in the beginning, but I really look forward to my appointments after school! I have gotten to meet the most interesting people! It is so fun! You know you want me to do your eyelashes... Feeling gorgeous in the morning when you wake up is just a phone call away.... :)

I was so good about blogging for a minute, and then I wasn't... haha not that anyone is crying their eyes out at night because I haven't updated them on my life, but here goes anyway ;)

We put in our 30 days notice!!

We don't know where we are going yet, but as of March 1, we will no longer be living in Brigham City!! :) It has been an interesting 5 months, and we are glad it gave us humble beginnings. I am looking forward to an apartment that has a furnace capable of keeping it warm! Good thing I have my warm hubby to snuggle with!

I had SEPs with my parents this week.

You can't even make this stuff up. For one of my kids, this was the behavior goal we came up with: "I will keep my hands, feet, lips, and objects to myself." Hahaha... but seriously... moms of 6 year olds don't like their daughters being kissed at P.E. ;)

I turn 24 this month!

I don't know why, but this seems really old to me... your whole life you look forward to turning 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, ... and 24 is never an age you really dream about turning! It is pretty surreal...

Brent is still searching!

Brent has had the opportunity to interview with some great companies and we are still looking and waiting to hear back... In the mean time though, I am LOVING coming home to the carpet being vacuumed daily, the laundry done, no dishes in the sink, my eyelash stuff set out for my appointments, etc... he is really creating some pretty high expectations for me to live up to when I get to be home!

I know this is totally random, but this is Brent and I's new favorite thing to make! They are so yummy!! I think I could eat them for every meal :)

Bio Oil

Ang and Chris, this one is for you (if you are still reading)!
Winter in Utah is brutal. It is so dry here and every winter, we have to deal with dry, cracking skin. Well... a few months ago my amazing mom discovered Bio Oil! You can find it in the cosmetic/lotion/face wash section and it is wonderful! It is actual oil that I have been putting on my face every morning and night after washing it, and I have not had to deal with the slightest bit of dry (or oily) skin all winter!! It is made for scars and age spots, etc... but it is a fabulous moisturizer!

I just love this time of year (it may have something to do with the 13th, I don't know haha) and have been having so much fun with my kids! I have my room decorated, and have been doing so many fun valentines crafts and activities with my kids! This time of year is so fun when you have an amazing person to celebrate it with!
